Group Leader in Cleaning Wanted!

As a group leader in cleaning, you will be responsible for both daily operations and leading your team to achieve the highest possible quality. You are not afraid to tackle cleaning tasks yourself if the situation requires it, and you are motivated by seeing your team succeed. Responsibilities  

• Lead and distribute work within the group 
• Participate in cleaning work as needed 
• Introduce new colleagues and follow up on quality 
• Receive and manage materials and orders (material handling) 
• Daily contact with both employees and customers 
• Strive for efficient and sustainable solutions in everyday life  

Qualifications  

• Driver's license B for manual transmission vehicle 
• Good computer skills – you have worked with computer-based systems before 
• Industry experience in cleaning is a requirement    

Meritorious  

• Experience working in Tengella's business system
• Experience leading other people 
• Experience in material handling
